 In this article it points out alot of good and interseting facts in crime rate. One of my many favorite facts, sociologist Steven Messsner states, “found that during the last 15 years. states with lower incarcration rates saw bigger drop in crimes on average , then those with lock’-em-up policies.” a little food for thought…..
